岗位职责:
Job Description
-Deliver training courses on Orientation for new hires as well as general skills;
-Review and implement training programs, schedules, and coordinates.
- Be responsible for day-to-day administration of training policies and programs;
-Monitor training needs and recommend available programs to line managers.
-Maintain relationship with external training vendors and pick up appropriate providers as necessary;
-Prepare and maintain schedules, equipment, space, and facilities.
Arrange for outside services such as audio/visual assistance, meals and
refreshments, housekeeping, maintenance or repairs.
-Prepare reports and statistical summaries.
-Resolve potential routine scheduling conflicts.
-Assist in staff activities related issues;
-Other ad-hoc assignments.
